Fidelity Cash Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cash Processor to join our team in Worcester. The primary responsibility of this role is to count and verify client funds, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Clear Criminal Record: No criminal history.
- Education: Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of cashier experience or a similar role.
- Computer Skills: Must be computer literate.
- Work Environment: Able to perform under pressure.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling: Ensure that all cash processing procedures are followed.
- Money Counting: Count and verify client money accurately.
- Balancing: Balance and reconcile cash at the end of the day.
- Equipment Use: Operate money counting machines effectively.
- ATM Packing: Prepare and pack ATMs with the correct amounts.

- Integrity: Must be honest and reliable.
- Communication: Good verbal and language skills.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate in following instructions and processing cash.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
