Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science + BPM certification
- 5+ years experience in business analysis/process management
- Proven Lean/Six Sigma implementation experience
- Strong systems development lifecycle knowledge
- Experience with CRM platforms and data analytics
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement process improvement strategies
- Manage enterprise-wide process mapping and integration
- Conduct ISO 9001 compliance audits
- Lead digital transformation initiatives
- Develop user training programs and change management plans
