Key Responsibilities
Planning & Implementation
- Develop annual supply chain management procurement plans
- Create specifications aligning with organizational budgets
- Implement SCM policies and committee terms of reference
Bid & Procurement Processes
- Coordinate bid committee meetings and tender advertisements
- Manage Central Supplier Database (CSD) registrations
- Conduct vendor pre-assessments and due diligence
Contract Management
- Draft service level agreements (SLAs) and purchase orders
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance
- Manage contract extensions/terminations and disposal plans
Operational Support
- Resolve stakeholder queries within service timelines
- Supervise team performance and capacity building
- Manage audit processes and risk identification
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Management
- 3+ years SCM experience with 2 years supervisory experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
