Review Screener Certification Application Forms:
Ensure that all applications for screener certification meet the minimum requirements as outlined in Part 110 of the regulations. Verify supporting documentation, including training and certificate records, medical records, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) reports for initial applicants.
Data Clean-Up of Screener Records:
Conduct data cleanup for the screener list, ensuring that screeners are correctly assigned to Aviation Security Service Organizations (ASSO) and their areas of operations.
Maintain Screener Portal:
Manage and update the screener portal to keep certification information current and accessible.
Stakeholder Engagements:
Respond to and address stakeholder requests and queries in line with service level standards. Submit certification results and letters as required, and provide applicants with proforma invoices for training requests.
Reporting:
Maintain the annual examination schedule for screeners. Submit monthly examination schedules for the upcoming month for line manager approval. Provide monthly reports on statistical data from screener examinations conducted. Update the screener list on the portal and other tools such as SharePoint.
Coordinate OJT Personnel Workshops:
Review OJT Personnel certification applications to ensure they meet Part 110 criteria. Consolidate reviewed OJT workshop presentations and submit them to the Communications department for final review. Supply the Communications department with a list of approved applicants. Assist with administrative duties during OJT personnel workshops.
Surveillance Activities:
Conduct initial, scheduled, ad hoc, and follow-up audits for Aviation Security Screening Organizations (ASSO). Complete EMPIC surveillance reports to document findings and ensure compliance.
Approvals of ASSO:
Handle ASSO application requests. Conduct verification of ASSO applications and compile application packs for processing.
