Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Town Planning (preferred) or equivalent
  • Professional registration with SACPLAN
  • 8+ years managerial experience in urban planning
  • Expert knowledge of SPLUMA and MFMA regulations
  • Valid EB driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead urban planning and land use management functions
  • Oversee implementation of Spatial Development Framework
