Your Impact Opportunity
Play a pivotal role in BAT’s transformation by ensuring flawless execution of product lifecycle changes across both New Categories and traditional FMCG lines. Drive excellence in product launches, portfolio optimization, and regulatory compliance through our global NPI framework.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver 100% OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) project execution
- Own end-to-end New Product Introduction process for 40+ annual projects
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for complex product deployment challenges
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across SSA markets
- Manage stakeholder alignment between Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with global BAT governance and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5+ years operational experience with 2+ years in FMCG project leadership
- Proven expertise in SAP TaO and advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep understanding of manufacturing constraints and commercial requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels
