Core Responsibilities
- Manage R8M+ monthly budgets for Apple Search Ads and Mobile AdNetworks campaigns
- Develop data-driven strategies across Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker verticals
- Lead performance optimization using AppsFlyer MMP and advanced analytics tools
- Mentor junior specialists in campaign execution and technical troubleshooting
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with C-suite stakeholders
- Pioneer AI-driven optimization techniques using ChatGPT and machine learning tools
Required Expertise
- 2+ years mobile app advertising experience (CPA/ROAS focus)
- Expertise in Apple Search Ads and Mobile Measurement Partners
- Advanced Excel modeling skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Proven success in performance marketing (gaming industry preferred)
- Dual-language proficiency (English + European language advantage)
