Asset Accountant

Position Objective

Manage accounting operations for SANRAL’s fixed assets, intangible assets, and investment properties through accurate financial reporting, compliance monitoring, and asset lifecycle management.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Asset Management/Accounting (NQF 7)
• 3+ years asset accounting experience
• PFMA/IFRS/GRAP knowledge
• MS Office proficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset register with 100% accuracy
• Conduct bi-annual physical asset verification
• Process monthly depreciation calculations
• Prepare investment property reconciliations

Desktop Support Engineer (9 Positions)

Technical Requirements

• NDip IT + ITIL Certification
• 3 years desktop support experience
• Active directory management

Key Performance Areas

• End-user device management (1,000+ endpoints)
• IT asset lifecycle management
• Service desk coordination

Design & Construction Intern (7 Positions)
