About the Programme
This 24-month rotational development programme offers cross-functional exposure across our business operations. Through six-month rotations, trainees gain hands-on experience while working on real business challenges. The program follows the 70-20-10 learning model with career progression evaluations at each stage.

Requirements

Maltings Technical Service Trainee

Location: Brewery Operations Nationwide
Employment Type: 18-Month Trainee Contract
Role Purpose
Develop technical expertise in maltings operations through hands-on training in brewing utilities management, process optimization and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with utilities plant operations and maintenance
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Participate in VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) initiatives
- Conduct process troubleshooting and root cause analysis
