Position Purpose
Maintain, repair, and optimize plant equipment to ensure maximum availability and product quality while adhering to safety standards and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe working environments through strict compliance with safety regulations
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery
- Optimize plant performance through technical improvements
- Maintain equipment documentation and SAP records
- Provide standby support as per operational roster
Requirements
- N3 Technical Qualification + Trade Test Certificate (Mechanical/Electrical)
- 2+ years post-qualification experience
- Experience in packaging/FMCG environments (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with 5 Why and Fishbone methodologies

Lead implementation of comprehensive environmental and safety systems to achieve VPO standards and regulatory compliance across brewery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain OHS Act compliance programs
- Conduct regular VPO pillar audits and risk assessments
- Manage incident reporting through Credit360 system
- Implement behavioral safety programs and emergency preparedness plans
- Oversee safety training programs for 1000+ employees
Requirements
- BSc/BTech Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) + GCC Certificate
- 5+ years FMCG safety management experience
- Advanced knowledge of ISO 45001 and NEMA regulations
- Proven track record in risk mitigation strategies
- Strong leadership and team development skills
