Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce accounting policies aligned with IFRS and internal standards
- Manage balance sheet governance and working capital optimization
- Lead monthly financial reporting and cash flow forecasting
- Oversee SOX/MICS compliance and audit processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes
- Analyze working capital performance and margin impacts
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance + postgraduate qualification
- 3-5 years FMCG financial management experience
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency
- Strong understanding of IFRS and tax regulations
- Professional certification (CA/ACCA/CIMA preferred)
