Salary: R28,315.59 per month (All-inclusive, no benefits)

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in relevant field
- 1-3 years’ experience in registry/records management
- Experience in public sector environment preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage document workflow and correspondence
- Maintain electronic filing systems and document scanning
- Handle file retrieval and archiving processes
- Coordinate mailroom operations and records disposal
- Prepare monthly compliance reports for Group EXCO
Essential Competencies
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel)
- Knowledge of National Archiving Act regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
