Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in relevant field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in registry/records management
  • Experience in public sector environment preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage document workflow and correspondence
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and document scanning
  • Handle file retrieval and archiving processes
  • Coordinate mailroom operations and records disposal
  • Prepare monthly compliance reports for Group EXCO

Essential Competencies

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel)
  • Knowledge of National Archiving Act regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
