About the Role:
Join our team in South Africa’s Green Kalahari region, where mining, agriculture, and natural attractions converge. We seek a skilled Process Controller to ensure operational excellence in our municipal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and optimize control systems for water treatment processes
- Monitor automated systems and equipment performance (pumps, valves, mechanical systems)
- Conduct regular water quality analysis and chemical testing
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
- Maintain detailed operational records
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Respond to system alarms and emergency situations
Essential Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with Mathematics & Physical Science
- National Diploma/NTC IV/3-year BSc in relevant field (preferred)
- Code EB Driver’s License
- 2-5 years’ experience in process control environment
- Physical ability for manual tasks and emergency response
- Availability for shift work and overtime when required
