- Strong understanding of investment portfolios and government compliance
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain complete General Ledger reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing and bank reconciliations
- Manage revenue invoicing and account verification
- Support annual audits and financial reporting
- Monitor financial asset management systems

- Proven track record in large organizational financial management
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop organizational financial strategy
- Oversee R800 million annual budget
- Manage Transformation Fund investments
- Implement enterprise risk management frameworks
- Lead 25+ member finance team

Essential Qualifications
- LLB Degree (NQF 8)
- Chartered Governance Institute accreditation
- 10+ years company secretariat experience
- Expert knowledge of Companies Act and King IV
- Public sector governance experience preferred
