Job Description
The Operations Department is seeking one Junior Assessor to perform cold chain inspections and related services independently, following standard protocols, work instructions, and procedures as required by PPECB’s legal responsibilities. This role also offers developmental opportunities for seasonal employees to build extra skills during the remaining 24 months of their program.
The program’s goal is to give you enough time to gain hands-on experience with products, receive training, complete assessments, and develop soft skills. Over the next 24 months, selected participants will follow a personalized training plan with support and supervision from the regional team. This will cover:
- I-thrive sessions (such as time management and handling conflicts)
 - Extra soft skills training to enhance professional abilities
 - Courses to prepare you for the modern workplace (New World of Work)
 
Based on regional requirements, you may have chances to do relief duties for exposure to more products. During these, we will provide accommodation and a daily allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor temperatures and oversee container loading at different sites
 - Conduct cold store surveys
 - Handle basic administrative tasks related to the role
 - Communicate with clients about your tasks and decisions

The main purpose of this graduate placement is to give you practical on-the-job experience in Remuneration and Benefits Administration.
Key Objectives:
- Enter new employee details into the Payroll System
 - Update existing employee information on the Payroll System
 - Check documents on the HR Management System and request any missing ones
 - Reconcile and verify data between HR Management System and Payroll System (including terminations, new hires, and other updates)
