Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full debtors and creditors functions
- Process daily cashbook transactions
- Maintain accurate account reconciliations
- Handle customer invoice processing with correct pricing/quantities
- Resolve customer account queries efficiently
- Manage supplier payments and GRV processing
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems
- Generate weekly POD reports
- Assist with general finance department administration
Essential Requirements:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- 3+ years experience in similar financial role

- Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel essential)
- Sage 200 Evolution experience (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of full financial operations
- Experience in FMCG/retail sectors (preferred)
