Core Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll using Sage 300 system
  • Prepare payroll journals and manage tax reconciliations (SARS)
  • Administer employee benefits and leave management
  • Maintain contractor agreements and process claims
  • Generate payroll reports for management and auditors
  • Handle confidential HR documentation and communications

Essential Requirements

  • 3-year tertiary qualification in HR Management/Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Sage 300 payroll system
  • Advanced Excel skills and payroll administration experience
  • Knowledge of BCEA and HR regulatory frameworks

Preferred Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive deliverables
  • Experience in benefits administration
