Core Responsibilities
- Process weekly and monthly payroll using Sage 300 system
- Prepare payroll journals and manage tax reconciliations (SARS)
- Administer employee benefits and leave management
- Maintain contractor agreements and process claims
- Generate payroll reports for management and auditors
- Handle confidential HR documentation and communications
Essential Requirements
- 3-year tertiary qualification in HR Management/Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Sage 300 payroll system
- Advanced Excel skills and payroll administration experience
- Knowledge of BCEA and HR regulatory frameworks
Preferred Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time-sensitive deliverables
- Experience in benefits administration
