Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- Fluency in English and one other official local language
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service environment preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming emergency and general calls
- Dispatch appropriate emergency services when required
- Maintain accurate call logs and records
- Provide information about municipal services to public
- Coordinate with various municipal departments

- Valid Code EB driver’s license
- Property management experience advantageous

- Process land use applications and rezoning requests
- Liaise with public regarding property transactions
- Maintain accurate property records and databases
- Prepare council meeting documentation
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications
