Job Purpose:
Execute clerical duties according to established processes and standards for efficient Funds Administration operations within the Payouts section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and calculate various payout types including Pro Rata allocations, sick leave, and holiday pay
- Manage manual application capture and digital record-keeping
- Verify supporting documentation compliance
- Resolve payment discrepancies and system anomalies
- Facilitate foreign employee banking updates
- Process payment reissues and fund transfers
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate with Mathematics and Accounting
- 6-12 months financial processing experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong numerical aptitude

Primary Duties:
- Manage client service desk operations

- Process arbitration documentation

- Generate monthly service reports
Candidate Profile:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Customer service certification preferred
- Fluency in English/Zulu essential
- Minimum 6-12 months client service experience
