Financial Administrator: Accounts Payable
Position Type: Permanent
Location: Head Office, Sunninghill, Johannesburg
Reporting To: Supervisor: Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and manage payment cycles
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with PFMA, GRAP and Treasury Regulations
- Manage document control and record keeping
- Resolve supplier queries and maintain vendor relationships
- Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with internal departments on financial processes
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate with Accounting subjects
- National Diploma in Finance (NQF Level 6)
- 3+ years experience in accounts payable role
- Proficiency in ERP systems and online banking platforms

Senior Internal Auditor
Position Type: Permanent

Reporting To: Internal Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive audit engagements
- Develop risk assessment frameworks
- Evaluate internal control systems effectiveness
- Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions
- Provide fraud risk assessments
- Mentor junior audit staff
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Auditing/Accounting (NQF 7)
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation
- 3+ years internal audit experience with 2 years supervisory experience
- IIA Membership and SAP system proficiency
