Job Description

Lead MTN’s cloud engineering initiatives with a focus on delivering secure, scalable solutions through Agile methodologies. This role requires expertise in cloud architecture, cost optimization, and implementing DevOps practices across our digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions meeting security and performance requirements
• Optimize cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining service levels
• Develop automation processes using CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure compliance with cloud security standards (GDPR, SOC2)
• Implement Agile practices across engineering teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (Master’s preferred)
• 5-8 years cloud engineering experience
• Expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Certification in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)

Senior Manager – ESG Impact and Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ESG reporting aligned with global standards (GRI, UNGC, CDP)
• Enhance ESG performance across international indexes
• Develop ESG learning programs organization-wide
• Manage investor relations for ESG matters

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Business Management/Data Analysis
• 5+ years senior management experience
• Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks
• Fluency in English (French/African languages advantageous)
