Mr. Price is seeking talented individuals to join their team as Agents, Customer Support Team Leaders, and Cashbook Clerks. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent , processing store card applications, and updating customer details on relevant debtor’s systems.

The ideal candidate for the position will have a Grade 12 qualification, one year of call centre experience in a new accounts environment, and knowledge of industry legislation such as the Consumer Protection Act, Protection of Personal Information Act, National Credit Act, and ICASA. The role involves ensuring customer queries are actioned timeously, verifying employment and personal details, and updating customer details on relevant debtor’s systems.

The Customer Support Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of associates to achieve departmental targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 qualification, a minimum of two years of experience in new accounts processing and call centre experience, and knowledge of relevant legislation.

The Cashbook Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the reconciliation of assigned accounts on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate will have a Matric qualification, strong experience in bank reconciliations, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
