Facilities Management Superintendent

Salary Range: R460,835.76 – R488,614.08 per annum (excluding benefits)
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Higher Certificate in Facility/Project Management
- 3+ years local government experience
- Valid Code C1 driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee building maintenance and energy efficiency programs
- Manage facility budgets up to R488,000
- Coordinate construction projects and vendor contracts
- Develop emergency response protocols
Financial Officer (AFS)
Reference: 4/1/2/1/4
Salary Range: R444,139.92 – R471,918.00 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent
Requirements:
- NQF Level 6+ in Accounting/Finance
- 5+ years municipal finance experience
- GRADE Certifications
- Advanced Excel skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual financial statements
- Coordinate external audits
- Manage mSCOA compliance
- Departmental budget analysis
