Remuneration: R23,653.00 per month (All-inclusive package)
Location: Head Office, Midrand

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Education, HR Development, HRM or equivalent
- 1-2 years administration experience in skills development
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Knowledge of SETA legislation and quality management systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage learning programme data validation and reporting
- Process discretionary grant applications
- Maintain accurate records on SETMIS/QMR systems
- Coordinate audit preparation and compliance processes
- Provide stakeholder support regarding programme registrations
Core Competencies:
- Advanced data management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and MIS systems
- Time management and prioritization skills
2. Advisor: ETQA (REF: ETQA: 28/2025)
Remuneration: R35,479.50 per month
Location: Multiple Locations (Various Offices)

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in HRD, Public Management, or related field
- 4+ years ETQA experience in skills development sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of QCTO processes and SAQA frameworks
- Valid driver’s license with travel readiness
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training provider accreditation audits
- Quality assure learning programme implementation
- Manage artisan development projects and ARPL processes
- Coordinate assessment center registrations
- Develop compliance reports for accreditation committees
