Senior Manager: Monitoring and Evaluation

Core Purpose
Lead institutional compliance and quality assurance operations to maintain academic excellence through strategic monitoring, evaluation, and quality management systems enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee regulatory compliance with CHE, DHET, SAQA and professional bodies
- Manage accreditation/reaccreditation processes and institutional audits
- Develop and maintain Quality Management System (iQMS)
- Lead departmental budgeting and expenditure monitoring
- Facilitate staff development programs and training initiatives
Requirements
- Master’s degree required (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in HE quality assurance
- Expertise in SA higher education regulations
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Valid driver’s license
