Job Description
Lesedi Nuclear Services seeks an experienced Proposals Manager to lead our tender submission process and ensure compliance with operational objectives. This strategic role manages the complete proposal lifecycle from opportunity assessment to contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 10+ simultaneous tender submissions
- Develop proposal strategies aligned with company objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering and legal departments
- Manage RFP analysis and risk assessment processes
- Ensure compliance with nuclear industry standards (NQA-1, ISO 19443)
- Lead contract negotiations and finalization processes
Requirements
- BSc Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Process)
- 8-10 years engineering experience with 3+ years in proposals
- Expertise in NEC/FIDIC contracts
- PM Certification (PMP/PRINCE2)
- Advanced MS Office skills
