Lecturer – Business Studies (Computer Related Subjects)

About the Role:
Boland TVET College seeks a qualified and passionate part-time lecturer to deliver high-quality instruction in Business Studies with a focus on computer-related subjects. This contract position offers 12 weekly working hours from immediate start until 15 December 2025.
Key Requirements:
- REQV13 qualification (3-year diploma/degree) in relevant field
- Teaching qualification with SACE registration
- 2+ years’ teaching experience (TVET sector preferred)
- Proven ability to teach:
- Computer Practice
- Life Orientation: Computer Literacy L2
- Workplace-Based Learning (WPBL)
- Experience with blended learning technologies
- Strong digital literacy (MS Office suite)
- Valid driver’s license
Advantageous Qualifications:
- Assessor & Moderator certifications
- Industry training experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons using innovative teaching methods
- Manage student assessments and moderation processes
- Maintain accurate academic records
- Facilitate workplace exposure programs
- Participate in curriculum development
