Diverse Job Roles Available

1. Back Of House Team Member

This role invites individuals passionate about cooking and food preparation. Your duty will be to uphold KFC’s superior standards by preparing and managing the restaurant’s chicken products. The role also includes maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, handling stock, product rotation, and aiding in drive-thru operations.

While previous experience favors the candidate, it’s not mandatory, as KFC provides detailed training to all new members.

2. Front Of House Team Member

In this role, you become the brand’s face, as you greet and serve our august customers. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, taking orders, processing payments, preparing and delivering orders, and maintaining the lobby area’s cleanliness. We seek friendly, outgoing individuals who can uphold our reputation for excellent customer service while operating effectively in a bustling environment.

3. Host/Hostess

As the guests’ initial point of contact, you set the mood for their dining experience. Your duties consist of welcoming guests, managing the front of house flow, assisting with kiosk orders, and enhancing customer interactions meaningfully. Maintaining hygiene and safety standards also falls within your purview.

The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, have robust interpersonal skills, and possess a natural flair for making guests feel valued. Emotional intelligence and the knack to manage customer expectations is a must-have.
