KICP: Teacher Internship Program 2021

The Khanyisa Inanda Seminary Community Projects (KICP) invite distance education students who are currently in their first or second year of study to apply for the teacher internship opportunity.

The internship program places internship teachers in schools where they work under the guidance of mentor teachers and KICP project managers to develop the emotional intelligence, content knowledge, and facilitation skills necessary to strengthen the South African education system.

Minimum requirements

Registered as a distance education undergraduate student
Funded by NSFAS or Funza Lushaka
Provisionally registered in SACE
Applicants must not be over 35 years of age.
