Position Purpose

Transnet Corporate Centre and Academy is seeking dynamic and recently qualified graduates for a 24-month Young Professional-in-Training programme. This programme offers workplace experience through structured learning and organizational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow various staff members and participate in learning experiences.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and gain exposure to other functions.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and keep them updated.
• Address queries satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative, research, and general assistance.
• Execute project tasks effectively, both individually and collaboratively.
• Produce quality work to support project solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Law (Corporate and Governance).
• 0-1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• South African citizen.
• Age between 18-35.

Competencies

• Good written and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team.
