Position: Young Professional-in-Training

This is a two-year graduate development programme designed to provide unemployed South African graduates with institutional knowledge and on-the-job training. The programme aims to enhance employability by offering practical work experience.

Position Purpose

The programme is open to recent graduates aged 18-35 with no prior work experience. Successful candidates will undergo a recruitment process and be placed in various departments within Transnet Freight Rail for hands-on training.

Programme Structure

– Two-year graduate development programme
– Progress assessed every six months
– Placement locations include Bellville, Bloemfontein, Ermelo, Johannesburg, and Ogies
