### Position Purpose
Transnet Freight Rail invites unemployed South African graduates aged 18-35 to apply for a two-year graduate development program. This program provides institutionalized knowledge and on-the-job training to help build solid work experience and improve employability prospects. Progress is assessed every six months to ensure the program meets expectations for both the candidate and Transnet.

This opportunity is designed for graduates from registered Higher Education and Training institutions (Universities, Universities of Technology, and TVET Colleges) with a National Diploma, Diploma, Bachelors, or BTech qualification (NQF Level 6 and above). No prior work experience is required.

### Position Outputs
– A two-year graduate development program will be completed.

### Qualifications and Experience
– National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
– No prior work experience is required.
– Successful candidates will be placed in various Depots (Leeuhof, Krugersdorp, Kilner Park) and Departments within Transnet Freight Rail.
– Must be a South African citizen.
