Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow various staff members to gain practical experience.
• Participate in learning experiences, meetings, and workshops.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and keep them updated.
• Address queries efficiently and effectively.
• Provide general administrative, research, and assistance.
• Execute project tasks independently and collaboratively.
• Produce quality work to support project solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree, BTech, or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, Nursing, or Occupational Health Nursing.
• 0 – 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Must be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the King Cetshwayo District and persons with disabilities.

Competencies

• Strong written and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
