<h3>Position Purpose</h3>  
<p>Transnet Corporate Centre and Academy is seeking dynamic, recently qualified graduates in Internal Auditing or Accounting to join a 24-month development program accredited by the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIASA). This is an opportunity to build a career in Internal Audit with hands-on experience and professional growth.</p>  
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>  
<ul>  
    <li>Shadow experienced staff across various functions to gain practical skills and exposure to the business.</li>  
    <li>Support audit teams in delivering assignments, performing audit tests, documenting systems, and preparing working papers.</li>  
    <li>Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide progress updates.</li>  
    <li>Represent Internal Audit in working groups to help develop strong systems of control.</li>  
    <li>Assist in investigations, including planning, conducting reviews, and preparing reports.</li>  
    <li>Track and monitor the submission of audit reports to governance forums.</li>  
</ul>  
<h3>Qualifications and Requirements</h3>  
<ul>  
    <li>National Diploma or BCom Degree in Internal Auditing or Accounting.</li>  
    <li>0–1 year of relevant work experience.</li>  
    <li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li>  
    <li>Must be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years.</li>  
</ul>

    <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>  
    <li>Teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail.</li>  
    <li>Sound understanding of accounting and business processes.</li>
