About the Role:
Transnet Corporate Centre and Academy is offering a 24-month Young Professional-in-Training programme. This structured programme provides recent graduates with workplace experience, learning opportunities, and organizational support to kickstart their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow experienced staff and participate in learning experiences
- Attend meetings, workshops, and gain exposure to various functions
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and keep them updated on progress
- Address queries efficiently and provide general administrative support
- Complete tasks assigned by mentors and contribute to project work
- Produce high-quality work to support project solutions
What We Are Looking For:
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well in a team and attention to detail
