Position Purpose:

This is a 24-month Young Professional-in-Training programme designed to provide recent graduates with practical workplace experience and structured learning opportunities. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, customer service, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

– Shadow experienced staff to gain practical knowledge and skills.
– Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
– Address customer queries promptly and ensure satisfactory resolution.
– Provide administrative and research support as required.
– Complete tasks assigned by your mentor or specialist to achieve project goals.
– Work collaboratively on team projects and deliver results efficiently.
– Prepare clear and professional reports using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
– Produce high-quality work that contributes to project solutions for clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

– BCom Degree in Finance, Cost Management, or Internal Audit.
– 0-1 year of relevant experience.
– South African citizenship required.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
– Ability to work well in a team, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
