Position Purpose

Transnet Corporate Centre and Academy invites dynamic and recently qualified graduates to join a two-year development program. This structured program offers workplace experience, learning opportunities, and organizational support to help you grow professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in understanding customer needs and ensuring timely updates on their requirements.
  • Address customer queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative and research support.
  • Execute project tasks individually and as part of a team.
  • Produce high-quality work to contribute to project solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • National Diploma or BCom Degree in Environmental Management or related field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Age between 18 and 35 years.

Key Skills

  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
