Position Purpose

Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding customer needs and ensuring timely updates on their requirements.
- Address customer queries effectively and efficiently.
- Provide general administrative and research support.
- Execute project tasks individually and as part of a team.
- Produce high-quality work to contribute to project solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- National Diploma or BCom Degree in Environmental Management or related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
Key Skills
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
