Position Purpose

Transnet Corporate Centre and Academy is seeking dynamic and recently qualified graduates for a two-year Young Professional-in-Training program. This structured program offers workplace experience and organizational support to help you grow your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure customer queries are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and research as required.
  • Complete project tasks efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Produce high-quality work to support project solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • BCom Honours Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Logistics.
  • 0-1 year of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • South African citizenship required.
  • Age between 18-35 years.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
