Key Responsibilities:
- Support operations in one assigned department from the following areas:
- Marketing: Brand development and consumer engagement
- Supply Chain: Manufacturing and distribution processes
- Customer Development: Retail partnership management
- Human Resources: Talent management strategies
- Engineering: Manufacturing process support
- Finance: Budget analysis and reporting
- Participate in cross-functional projects and training sessions
- Deliver departmental support as per business needs
Candidate Requirements:
- South African citizen aged 18-34
- Matric certificate with strong academic record
- Tertiary qualification advantageous (not mandatory)
- Maximum 2 years’ work experience
- Currently unemployed and available full-time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- No prior participation in YES programmes
