Programme Overview:
This 12-month entry-level learnership provides practical workplace experience in our Johannesburg offices. Develop essential professional skills while contributing to real business operations in a global logistics organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support various business functions through operational tasks
- Develop customer service and operational skills
- Participate in day-to-day business activities
- Learn industry-specific processes and systems
Requirements:
- South African citizen aged 18-30 years
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) required
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma holders preferred
- Maximum 2 years’ work experience
- Currently unemployed and available for 12 months
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- No previous participation in YES programme
