Program Overview
YES Learnership 2024/2025 (Durban)
A 12-month entry-level program offering workplace exposure and skill development. Participants will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support various business functions to ensure operational efficiency
- Develop customer-focused and process-oriented skills
- Participate in tasks critical to the success of assigned departments
Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen aged 18-30 years
- Completed Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- No permanent employment (maximum 2 years’ prior work experience)
- No previous participation in a YES Learnership
- Additional tertiary qualifications preferred but not required

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Quick learning ability & time management
- Team collaboration skills
- Positive attitude & professional demeanor
