Program Overview
This 12-month entry-level program offers:

- Exposure to cross-functional business operations
- Mentorship in customer-focused business practices
Key Requirements
- South African citizen aged 18-30
- Completed Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- No prior permanent employment
- Maximum 2 years work experience
- No previous participation in YES Learnership
- Strong computer literacy and communication skills
- Commitment to full 12-month program
