Job Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Wine List Assistant to join our On-Consumption Trade Marketing & Sales Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape dining experiences through strategic wine program development for hospitality clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and refine wine list requests from clients
- Collaborate with sales team on wine list creation and optimization
- Conduct market analysis on competitor offerings and portfolio gaps
- Manage full production cycle from design concepts to final delivery
- Ensure brand consistency across all wine program materials
Essential Requirements:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Relevant certification in Sales/Marketing or related field
- Passion for wine, food, and hospitality industry trends
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving ability and creative thinking
- (Preferred) Wine certification (CWA/SA Introductory Course equivalent)
