Key Responsibilities

• Workplace Experience: Take part in all activities that match your development goals.
• Learning & Development: Attend all agreed training sessions and engage fully.
• Customer Support: Help customers and your team to keep performance strong.
• Administration: Complete all admin tasks, including reports and tracking.
• Sales Targets: Follow up on leads to meet productivity and sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Provide excellent service for happy customers.
• Quality Assurance: Keep client information private and follow scripts for compliance.
• FAIS Requirements: Hold an FSCA-approved qualification. Pass the Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5). Complete product-specific and class of business training once hired. Continue professional development. Show honesty, integrity, and good standing.
• Preference goes to candidates with an FSCA-approved qualification and RE5 exam.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Accounting (Required)
• National Senior Certificate/Matric (Grade 12) (Required)
