Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing Science (SANC-registered)
• Preferred: B.Cur Degree with specialization in Primary Health Care, Community Health, or Occupational Health
• SANS 160001:2013 Wellness and Disease Management certification (includes HIV/AIDS)
• Computer literacy essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement employee wellness programs
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
• Address workplace health challenges to reduce absenteeism
• Enhance staff productivity and morale through wellness initiatives
