Introduction

To provide excellent service to all customers by offering knowledgeable advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplements. This role aims to boost sales and build customer loyalty.

Job Description

Key Objectives:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by being visible in the store and addressing customer needs with knowledge of health and supplements.
• Consult with customers and recommend appropriate healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.
• Increase healthcare sales to meet targets by promoting various brands through cross-selling and upselling for better profitability.
• Ensure stock availability in healthcare aisles by following stock management procedures to support sales.
• Prevent waste by applying stock rotation principles.
• Avoid stock losses by adhering to all risk management policies.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the store to create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support product merchandising by following guidelines and procedures.
• Follow all store standard operating procedures.
• Ensure smooth service by focusing on personal development, product knowledge, and sharing information with relief staff.

Minimum Requirements

Job Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and supplements products.
• Basic understanding of retail store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management.

Job-Related Skills:

• Good communication and interaction skills.
• Customer and service orientation.
• Selling skills.
• Merchandising skills.
• Basic computer literacy (desirable).

Job Experience:

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience with sports nutrition and vitamin-related products.
• Selling skills and customer-related training.

Education:

• Matric (50% pure / 50% lit).
• English 50%.
• Sports, fitness, or nutrition qualification (desirable).
