- Education Requirement: Matric Certificate (Minimum 50% English, 50% Maths/60% Maths Literacy + Physical/Life Science pass)
- Experience: 1+ years in retail/customer service
- Location: Lichtenburg, North West
- Department: Retail Operations
About the Role
Deliver exceptional customer service through:
- Providing expert advice on health, nutrition & supplements
- Driving sales through product knowledge and upselling
- Maintaining stock availability and merchandising standards
- Ensuring store hygiene and compliance with procedures
Required Skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Basic understanding of retail operations
- Sales and merchandising skills
- Computer literacy (advantageous)
Preferred Qualifications
- Sports/Nutrition certification
- Experience with vitamin/sports nutrition products
