Job Description

  • Provide top-notch customer service by being visible in the store and addressing customer needs with strong knowledge of health and supplements.
  • Consult with customers and recommend appropriate healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.
  • Increase healthcare sales to meet targets by promoting various brands through cross-selling and upselling for higher profits.
  • Maintain stock availability in healthcare aisles by following stock management rules and procedures to support sales.
  • Avoid waste in your area by applying stock rotation practices.
  • Minimize stock losses by complying with all risk management policies.
  • Keep the store clean and hygienic to create a welcoming environment for shoppers.
  • Support product merchandising according to store guidelines.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures in the store.
  • Ensure smooth service by building your skills, gaining product knowledge, and sharing information with backup staff.

Minimum Requirements

Job Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and supplements products (essential).
  • Basic understanding of retail operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management (essential).
