Job Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service by being visible in the store and proactive in meeting customer needs, using your knowledge of health and supplements.
• Consult with customers and recommend appropriate healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.
• Promote healthcare sales to meet targets by cross-selling and upselling various brands to increase profits.
• Ensure stock is available in the healthcare aisles by following stock management rules and procedures to support sales.
• Minimize waste in your area by applying stock rotation principles.
• Avoid stock losses by adhering to all risk management policies.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the store to create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Help with product merchandising by following the set guidelines and procedures.
• Follow all store operating procedures.
• Support ongoing service by developing your skills, gaining product knowledge, and sharing information with relief staff.

Minimum Requirements

Job Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and supplements products.
• Basic understanding of retail operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management.

Job Related Skills:

• Good communication and interaction skills.
• Customer and service orientation.
• Selling skills.
• Merchandising skills.
• Basic computer literacy (desirable).

Job Experience:

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience working with sports nutrition and vitamin products.
• Selling skills and customer-related training.

Education:

• Matric (essential).
• Sports, fitness, or nutrition qualification (desirable).
