Wellness Assistant – Clicks Harri Centre Jobs

Introduction

This role focuses on providing excellent service to customers. You will offer knowledgeable advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplements to boost sales and build customer loyalty.

Job Objectives

• Deliver outstanding customer service by being visible in-store and proactive in addressing customer needs, using knowledge of health and supplements.
• Consult with customers and recommend suitable healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products.
• Increase healthcare sales to meet targets by promoting various brands through cross-selling and upselling for higher profitability.
• Ensure stock availability in healthcare aisles by following stock management principles to drive sales.
• Prevent wastage by applying stock rotation principles.
• Avoid stock losses by adhering to risk management policies.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in the store to create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support product merchandising by following guidelines and procedures.
• Follow all store standard operating procedures.
• Ensure smooth service by developing your skills, building product knowledge, and sharing information with relief staff.

Minimum Requirements

Job Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and supplements products.
• Basic understanding of retail store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management.

Job Related Skills

• Good communication and interaction skills.
• Customer and service orientation.
• Selling skills.
• Merchandising skills.
• Basic computer literacy (desirable).

Job Experience

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience with sports nutrition and vitamin-related products.
• Selling skills and customer-related training.

Education

• Matric (50% pure or 50% lit).
• English at 50% level.
• Pass in Life Science or Physics.
• Sports, fitness, or nutrition qualification (desirable).
